Roza

Roza is Salsaholics' lead teacher of followers (girls). She was born in Baku, Azerbaijan and moved to Prague almost 11 years ago to study. After University she built her career as RPA and DevOps Engineer. Roza was a gold medalist in Azerbaijan and she owns a black belt (2nd Dan) in Taekwondo.

It is more than 6 years since Salsa flood into Roza's life. Roza has never had interest in dancing unless one friend convinced her to attend a class of Salsa. This class has become fateful, and changed her mindset and lifestyle forever. Roza fell in love with the music and the rhythm of Salsa.

After 6 months of intensive daily classes and social dancing Roza became a dance instructor in a non-profit organization named Dance4Water. During this time Roza and Jose built a close friendship and later they decided to build a Salsa school.

Roza's favorite styles of dancing are: Cuban Salsa, Rueda de Casino, Son, Rumba, Orishas.

Favorite singers and bands: Los Van Van, Elito Reve, Mayimbe, El Niño y La Verdad, Havana D'Primera.
